About the Artist

Aren Duffy (he/him) is an accomplished actor and director with over a decade of professional experience in the performing arts industry. He recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ithaca College’s nationally-recognized School of Music, Theatre, and Dance in May 2025.

Aren’s work has taken him to regional theatres across the country, where he has performed in an array of productions, ranging from classical pieces to cutting-edge contemporary works. In addition to his theatrical credits, Aren has starred in multiple short films.

His passion for the craft extends beyond acting; he has also directed a variety of productions, including devised and educational theatre projects. Notably, he was responsible for constructing one of the first virtual productions of The Theory of Relativity, showcasing his adaptability and leadership in evolving mediums.

Aren recently co-conceived and performed in a new play titled Unit 201B which was produced by the Finger Lakes New Works Festival this past summer. He will play Fred and the Ghost of Christmas Future in the Walnut Street Theatre’s production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol this upcoming holiday season.
